Through the various lessons, you learn notions of viticulture and oenology thanks to expert teachers, you learn to taste wine by applying a precise method and improving your evaluation skills and, finally, you experience life in the cellar first-hand thanks to visits to the company.

But there is more. At the end of the course, the Taster License is issued and the registration in the National Register of Wine Tasters is carried out.

The courses are divided into three levels. The 1st level Wine Taster courses allow the achievement of the “Wine Taster” License , the 2nd level Wine Taster courses end with the achievement of the “Expert Wine Taster” License. While the 3rd level SUMAV course, University School of Master Wine Tasters , gives the right to the title of Master Taster.
