Present at Prowein a new Bordeaux bottle for sparkling wines and the innovative “Sculpting” concept that redefines design in the world of Spirits.

By continuing to redefine new standards of design and customization, the company wants to respond to the needs of a constantly evolving market that is increasingly attentive to details, sustainability and shelf differentiation: "Packaging is not just a container, but an essential element that tells the story of each product, enhances its value and creates a bond with the consumer ," says Marcel Schröder, President EMEA of Berlin Packaging . " At ProWein, we are presenting new solutions that redefine the boundaries of design and customization, offering wine and spirits producers innovative tools to stand out with style and sustainability, reconfirming ourselves as a leading company for innovation in the sector. "

It is thanks to the great design expertise of Studio One Eleven, the driving force behind Berlin Packaging's innovation, that it is possible to put into practice a strategic vision, enriched by creativity and mastery of the most advanced technologies, which allows us to study every detail of the new solutions proposed.

Aise: the Bordeaux bottle for sparkling wines that redefines the rules of design in the Wine sector

Berlin Packaging introduces Aise , a new Bordeaux bottle for sparkling wines that challenges the conventions of traditional design. Characterized by a reduced height and a generous diameter, Aise maintains the iconic Bordeaux shape, reinterpreting it with a bolder and more contemporary silhouette.

The result of advanced research into glass mechanics, Aise boasts superior pressure resistance compared to standard sparkling wine bottles, ensuring maximum safety and versatility in bottling lines. This balance between strength, elegance and aesthetic uniqueness offers producers a new tool to best express their brand identity.

“Sculpting”: a new approach that revolutionizes the concept of customization in the Spirits world

In the Spirits sector, Berlin Packaging continues to innovate by introducing the concept of “Sculpting ” and applying it to some successful product lines. The goal is to combine aesthetics and functionality, intercepting an increasingly widespread trend: giving bottles a distinctive visual and tactile identity, making them immediately recognizable on the shelf and giving them the appearance of customized and premium packaging.

Nocturne Sculpted: a bottle with a timeless shape proposed in 4 variants with optimised materials and wide production flexibility

A first application of Sculping has allowed us to reinterpret an authentic icon of the Spirits market, the Nocturne bottle, maintaining its recognizable and timeless shape, but introducing distinctive details that transform its design without distorting it. The result is a packaging

immediately adoptable by a wide range of producers, thanks to an architecture that maintains the same dimensions, thus avoiding the need for investments in new filling lines or modifications to secondary packaging.

The optimization of the glass base was a central element in the development of the Nocturne Sculpted line. The design of the picure, available in 4 visually distinctive variants, has allowed us to reduce the final weight of the packaging and the material consumption , without compromising the resistance and quality of the bottle. This solution allows us to maintain the same stage presence and dimensions of the original model , avoiding any loss of shelf impact.

Designed from the outset to be produced in a variety of configurations, the Nocturne Sculpted line ensures high production flexibility, adapting to different production needs, from small batches to larger production runs, without compromising competitive positioning.

Each model can be completed with Vinolok closures with a matching design, made of glass and equipped with an EVA ring that guarantee a closure system ready to be recycled , offering the ideal balance between aesthetics, functionality and attention to the environment.

Alfie, Helium, Essence and Belleville: new patterns with a strong visual impact for the iconic bottles of the Spirits range

Berlin Packaging has worked on creating specific patterns for four other bottles that have now become iconic for the Spirits sector: Alfie, Helium, Essence and Belleville .

The development of these motifs has led to the definition of a perfect balance between different types of ribsclean, bold, oblique — to ensure a strong visual impact without compromising the possibility of customization. Each bottle has been designed to offer maximum creative opportunities, leaving the right space for direct decorations on glass or for the combination with an elegant label that further enhances the design.

These new solutions with a unique concept and shape will be the protagonists at Prowein in Hall 5 stand J58 of Berlin Packaging, alongside and enriching the rest of the company's wide range dedicated to the world of wine and spirits.
