The event returns to Santa Lucia di Piave on Sunday, March 22nd, featuring 800 labels, 150 wineries, and 8 Consortia. Guided tours in Italian and English and four masterclasses are also open to the public.

The event, scheduled for Sunday, March 22nd at the Santa Lucia di Piave Exhibition Center (Treviso) , will feature Veneto wines and wineries carefully selected by AIS Sommeliers for the Vinetia Guide and, for the first time, eight Veneto Consortia (Valpolicella Wine Consortium, Lugana DOC Consortium, Bardolino Wine Consortium, Lessini Durello Wine Consortium, Custoza Wine Consortium, Soave Wine Consortium, Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Consortium, and Garda DOC Wine Consortium), each of which will have dedicated areas. Masterclasses and in-depth discussions led by expert communicators will also be featured throughout the day.

"With over 150 wineries and 800 labels on offer, Vinetia Tasting confirms its status as a captivating sensory journey, a massive tasting experience designed for wine lovers and professionals who wish to authentically discover the Veneto wine region," explains Gianpaolo Breda , President of AIS Veneto. "By bringing together wineries and consortia within the same event, we can also fully showcase the Veneto wine regions, carefully nurtured by both individual and collective wineries."

Alongside the Consortia, AIS Veneto tasters will be available to accompany the public on authentic journeys through the region , offering guided tastings in both Italian and, for the first time, English . The aim is to guide the tasting, explore the appellations in greater depth, and understand the wines in their historical, geographical, and production context. Starting at 10:30 a.m., a thematic tour dedicated to a specific area or appellation will begin every 10 minutes, with repeated appointments throughout the day. The initiative is free but registration is required on the day of the event at the Info Point, subject to availability.

The Vinetia Tasting program will be rounded out with four masterclasses led by four champions : Cristian Maitan, AIS Best Sommelier of Italy 2023, will guide participants through the discovery of Veneto's Metodo Classico wines and a vertical tasting of six vintages of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Case Vecie . Michele Manca, Veneto's Best Sommelier 2022, will present a tasting dedicated to the region's historic grape varieties and minor varietals, while Veneto's Best Sommelier 2025, Alberto Toffanello, will illustrate the tradition of Bordeaux in Veneto.

Vinetia Tasting is open to everyone from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm . Online advance ticket sales , which include the tasting table and guided experiences, are available until March 20th . The cost for AIS members is 18 euros, and for supporters it is 22 euros.
