A Unique Production Model
The brewery stands out for its production autonomy and a business model based on total control of the supply chain. On the 12 hectares of land they grow:
Unlike other producers, "Naturalmente" does not purchase raw materials from third parties (except for the first use), thus guaranteeing a 100% company-owned brewing chain under direct control.
The entire production takes place in the renovated farmhouse , where the artisan malt house , equipped with cutting-edge technology, transforms cereals into organic malt . This plant, among the few in Italy, allows advanced control of all production phases thanks to a powerful PLC .
Brewing takes place in a 10 hL per batch plant, with a fermentation cellar currently being expanded, capable of reaching an annual capacity of 1200 hL .
The process ends with isobaric bottling and kegging , ensuring the highest quality of the product.

The range of beers currently includes 6 references , of which 5 are already on the market and 1 is being launched.
