Azienda Agricola Pacenti Franco, established in the 1970's by Franco's father Rosildo. It took on its current name and the trade mark Canalicchio in 1988 when Franco took over management along with his wife, creating the current company.
The farm which covers approximately 36 hectares, 10 of which dedicated to vineyards and 1 to olive groves, is located in Canalicchio - a village whose fame comes from its age-long tradition for vine growing and wine making and is still family-run with the help of the children Lisa, Serena e Lorenzo.
One type of vine is grown, Sangiovese, which gives four varieties of wine: Rosso Toscana IGT "Il Bersaglio", Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva. Extra-Virgin olive Oil and Grappa di Brunello are also produced.
The wines can be accompanied by cold meats, cheeses, bruschetta and, if booked before by typical Tuscan dishes

The story of the Accordini Igino winery began in 1821, in the heart of Valpolicella, an area with strong and deeply rooted traditions of viticulture and vinification. It is a passion that began with an inheritance: three hectares of vineyards, the grapes of which were used to make wine only for the family, which loved passing the spring and their spare time in the cru called “Le Bessole”.
Over the years the production increased in quantity and above all quality, thanks also to the introduction of new Corvina plants, a fundamental grape variety for Valpolicella Classico. The Accordini Igino winery, which made its appearance in the 60s, produced high quality wines, the first bottle for the market being a rich and fragrant Amarone with an important, embracing personality and superior organoleptic characteristics.
The successfully story from family production to national and international marketing started here, thanks to the untiring and careful work of Guido Accordini, Iginio's son, and his wife Liliana, who guided the company towards enological innovation without forgetting tradition.
The love of viticulture and vinification has passed through the family, with Ilaria, Guido and Liliana's daughter, bringing her experience and skills in marketing and foreign languages to the winery in order to develop business in foreign markets.
Barriques and wood interwaeve each other with modern lines and permit to receive guests in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, the right place to taste Accordini Iginio wines, combined with typical products of this area.

All these aspects and the real passion and love for winemaking make us able to obtain wines of the highest quality with superior organoleptic characteristics, high concentration of dry extract and winemaking system that respect the natural organic system, without use of added yeasts .
Azienda Agricola Benacquista farm was founded in 1996 in Campoli Appennino, in the beautiful setting of Val Comino, in the Lazio side of the Abruzzo National Park, finding its location in a territory where goat rearing and zootechnics have been for hundreds of years the pillars of the local economy.
Actually called "Via Capranica", the area has plenty of fodder and pastures, where the presence of some specific herbs creates the natural and perfect habitat for the breeding of goats.
The species of goat:

– "Grey Goat of Ciociaria"
constitute the basis of the company’s breeding.
The milk derived from these species is low in fat and easily digestible, so as to allow consumption even in the nutrition of children.
Within the company, however, they deal not only with dairy products: the Benacquista brothers, in effect, have expanded the sphere of production with a project of truffle plantations, hence the result that from 1800 to our days has given fame to the town of origin, and that every year is celebrated here, the Campoli Appennino Truffle.

Of particular importance is the production of "Marzolina", a typical cheese from Lazio named in this way because it is made from the milk of spring mountain pastures, and that the company has brought to be the First Slow Food Presidium of Lazio from 2000 to our days.

Azienda Agricola Castello di Buttrio Srl is a family-owned winery that produces high-quality wines using traditional and innovative techniques. They have vineyards planted with various grape varieties and produce a range of white, red, and sparkling wines. The winery's focus on sustainability, attention to detail, and dedication to the craft of winemaking is evident in every bottle.
The Drusian family has been producing wine for three generations.
The grandfather Giuseppino began in mid–Nineteenth century, and after him his son Rino went on until 1984, the year in which Francesco succeeded. Lover of his land and of the fruits that it offers, he was the creator of some major technological breakthroughs and, since 1986, started to produce sparkling wine.
The new winery in S. Giacomo di Valdobbiadene, equipped with highly modern plants of wine–making and bottling, goes back to 1998.
The current production is of about 800 thousand bottles of Prosecco and Cartizze every year: a limited production and of high quality. The secret is in love for land and wine, in the passion for this work, and in a wise use of the most modern technologies. It is enough to say that in the vines insecticides and pesticides are not used, fertilizers are organic and non–chemical, grapes are harvested by hand, then squeezed to a maximum pressure of one bar not to compromise the quality of the must. At the end of the process, wine is stored in tanks at low temperature and bottled in the absence of oxygen, so that to be kept fresh and fragrant, forever young, full of scents and delicate and persistent aromatic nuances of flowers and fruits.
The story begins in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a hilly area in the North East of Italy, 50 km from Venice and about 100 from the Dolomites. Here for more than three centuries the grapes that give rise to Prosecco Superiore have been grown, whose success begins with the foundation of the first Italian Enological School, in 1876. The production area, which extends over 15 municipalities and represents the the heart of the world of Prosecco, it is a historical Italian denomination recognized in 1969. In 2009, with the reorganization of the Prosecco denominations, the Ministry of Agriculture classified it as Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin (DOCG), the highest Italian quality level. It is flanked by the DOCG Asolo and the DOC Prosecco, extended over 9 provinces of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, created to protect the wine heritage of Prosecco and protect it in the world.
Albrigi Technologies is a metalworking company that was born in 1989 thanks to the passion and intuition of the owner Stefano Albrigi.
Albrigi Technologies produces a range of installations, complete with stainless steel storage and process tanks for food, wine and oil products, with a wide range of accessories and related services.
Albrigi collaborates with its customers to supply complete turnkey installations according to the customer's needs and the strictest international regulations.
Each production system, processing or storage installation requires a 'tailored' realization for the type of products to be stored and processed, also considering the location and size of the installation. From this point of view, for Albrigi Technologies the dialogue with important research institutes, with Italian and foreign university and with innovative companies, is also significant, with which it often collaborate to solve problems.
Albrigi Technologies supplies stainless steel systems including design and installation with electrical systems, plumbing systems, heating systems, washing and control systems and even remote management with a start-up assistance service up to the complete autonomy of its installations.
The company has managed to establish itself on the market thanks also to its attention to eco-sustainability; a choice that has marked its growth and which has led it to improve the internal surface of the tanks using a finish that does not retain product residues and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments of a latest generation product called "High Clean Inside", that reduces the use of detergents during the washing operations, sometimes even using only hot water.
Studio Michelet has its training roots in the early 70s, when the winemaker Enzo Michelet approached research applied to production technology, since the early 80s there have been numerous experiences of expanding skills in the wine-growing and wine-making branch, from the recovery of old vines in collaboration with the Experimental Institute for Viticulture of Conegliano and with the Research Center of Veneto Agricoltura, up to the enhancement of the national viticultural heritage in collaboration with Dr. Severina Cancellier. The activity of the structure is now enhanced and expanded towards the study, sizing and design of winemaking plants, thanks to the inclusion of new graduates in enology, food sciences and environmental sciences. Our ability to work in a team has led us to collaborate side by side with important professional figures in viticulture and enology. These professionals share with us the perspective of following the wine, and who produces it, throughout the production chain: from the plant to the finished bottle, passing through the production technology.
The Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino was born in 1967, the day after the recognition of the DOC, as a free association between producers intent on protecting their wine and enhancing its characteristics. The Consortium has favored the birth of a productive fabric made up of old and new companies, small and large, united by common intentions of respect for nature and aspiration to high quality wine. The Consortium organizes events in Italy and abroad and the participation of producers in fairs. It takes care of the image of the Montalcino denominations through a press office, spreads news through a website and numerous publications in several languages. A less visible but very important activity is the assistance to the specialized press and to the opinion makers for whom tastings and visits are organized. Equally important is the assistance to members on the regulations governing wine production.
Already at the beginning of the last century the winemakers of Barolo and Barbaresco felt the need to come together to protect their production: in 1908 they asked for the creation of a "certificate of origin" issued by an association operating under the control of provincial administration and the Piedmontese wine union. Only in 1924, however, the Italian Parliament promulgated the law on typical wines and established that their characteristics had to be constant and defined by the consortium statutes. Thus began the preparatory work for the establishment of the Consortium for the Defense of Typical Wines of Pregio Barolo and Barbaresco, officially founded in 1934 with the task of defining the production context (the area of origin, the grapes and the characteristics of the wine), against fraud, adulteration and unfair competition, to promote the knowledge of wines, as well as to defend their name and quality in the most appropriate fora. After the break dictated by the war events, the Consortium was reconstituted in 1947. In 1963 the law 930 was issued, which sanctioned the birth of the designations of origin and defined the exact role of the Consortia. Immediately, the Albese Consortium worked for the recognition of the DOC for Barolo and Barbaresco, which took place in 1966, and later for that of the DOCG, granted in 1980. In 1984 the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry officially entrusted the Consortium with the task supervision of the production of the two excellent reds. The protection exercised on Langa wines was perfected between 2007 and 2009, when the Ministry assigned the Consortium the task of carrying out the Control Plan on all the DOCGs and DOCs under its competence. In this way, not only Barolo and Barbaresco, but also Dogliani, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto (in its various types), Langhe, Nebbiolo d'Alba and Verduno Pelaverga are perfectly guaranteed in terms of traceability.
Since its foundation, the Consortium has been involved in the protection, supervision and enhancement of the Chianti Classico appellation. From the Consortium for the defense of the typical Chianti wine and its brand of origin in 1924 to the Consorzio Vino Chianti Classico of today, the consortium has changed the names and graphic styles of its brand where, however, the historic symbol has always stood out del Gallo Nero. Today the Consortium of Chianti Classico Gallo Nero represents about 96% of the DOCG producers and is confirmed as one of the main referents of national and community institutions for the wine sector. Its internal organization includes structures dedicated to carrying out its institutional tasks: from the protection and services front, which sees the legal department engaged, to that of enhancement, entrusted to the marketing and communication department. The entire supply chain, from the production of the grapes to the bottling of the product, is subject to a traceability system, the data of which are entered in a computerized database of public use. A system that allows consumers from all over the world to verify the origin of the bottle they have purchased. The Consortium also implements a strict control on the packaged product already present in the sales channels. Another important activity is research and experimentation in the agronomic and oenological field, carried out by the Consortium in collaboration with prestigious training and research institutes at local and national level.
The history of the Roccat farm is the story of a family from Valdobbiadene, the Codello family, which in 1929 - after the division of a property between brothers, as was customary at the time - moved to the farm assigned to it in via Rocat and Ferrari. This was an ancient road, built at the end of the eighteenth century by the homonymous families, in order to access their respective lands. The Terre del Superiore can now be visited thanks to the Prosecco Ring, a 15 km route that winds through the productions of Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG, touching the hamlets of San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol. It can be covered on foot and by bicycle, better if accompanied by a guide. It is indicated by panels and inside it cultural projects are developed such as Vignarte.
Born in 1970, he obtained the diploma of Agricultural Expert with specialization in viticulture and oenology at the Celso Ulpiani Institute of Ascoli Piceno in the school year 1989/90.
He started his career as lab head gaining experience in different realities like CIV and CIV of Modena, the P.E.MPA Winery of Imola and the Fazi Battaglia Winery of Castelplanio, in 1995 he was selected by the Villa Pigna Winery of Offida as quality control manager.
At the same time he attended scientific training courses and two years later he was asked to hold the role of technical director at the Villa Pigna winery, dealing first with the winery and bottling and then also with the supervision of the farm.
In 2004 he founded Opus Vini, a wine, oenology and legislation consulting firm.
He is technical adviser of various wine realities in Marche and in Abruzzo.
It is registered in the roll of wine experts of the province of Ascoli Piceno and holds the role of secretary at Assoenologi Marche.
He is member of the tasting boards of the DOC and DOCG wines at the local Chambers of Commerce of Ascoli Piceno, Teramo and Macerata.

Opus Wine, marrying this new winemaking philosophy, seeks to enhance the potential of the company relying on the production area, the grape varieties grown and the work of man in order to enhance the personality of the future wine, working on the following points:
1) to interpret the taste and style of the wine to be produced so that it can convey the idea of the territory satisfying from an organoleptic point of view the taste of the consumer;
2) to orient certain practices of growing and harvesting in order to catalyze in grapes the territoriality and to transfer it in wine in the best physiological moment;
3) to adjust winemaking, aging and fining techniques aimed to respect the quality of grapes and pass them to wine.
