On the occasion of the presentation of Gambero Rosso's 2024 Italian Restaurant Guide, the Alto Adige Wine Consortium awards the prestigious "Restaurant with the best vegetarian offer" award to three establishments that have stood out for their extremely high quality vegetarian cuisine: Fàula of Casa di Langa in Cerretto Langhe, the Silene Restaurant in Seggiano in the province of Grosseto and the Sensi Restaurant in Amalfi.
