Its owner, Mr. Luciano, officially recognized as the king of the spit, makes of it a specialty, a true culture. The menu of the restaurant, finds its highest expression in the typical dishes associated with game and meat of donkey, this latter stewed or used to prepare meat sauces or steaks.
