A kitchen that is inspired by the changing seasons and the fruits that gives us mushrooms in autumn, radicchio in winter, herbs in spring. A cuisine that is based on local food culture and that, beyond the seasonality of products, includes some classic dishes always in the menu: baccalà alla vicentina, pasta e fagioli, bigoli in salsa, stewed cuttlefish. All accompanied by a fine selection of wines, with a particular fondness for the local ones.
