The philosophy of our kitchen comes directly from the things we choose to buy. Only raw materials of the highest quality from the Livorno area or, at most, of Tuscany: seafood, meat and only strictly seasonal vegetables. That is why our menu changes every two months, with the changing of the suggestions of each new season. Our proposals range always from products of our land to the best fish of the day, from the Tuscan tradition to the creative cuisine.
