The restaurant was opened in 1962 in Acapulco, by an idea of Pepe Padilla, already experienced cook, to carry out a project he had long imagined.

Experience: this was the trump card with which Pepe achieved a great success, which made of Los Rancheros the mosf famous Mexican cuisine restaurant in Acapulco.

Teaching: Pepe has the merit of having passed down to his children his art. Today, the family runs a dozen restaurants in the main towns of Mexico.

Livorno: in 2010 Nacho Padilla, the third by age of Pepe’s children, is here to open the first family restaurant in Italy, in collaboration with Enrico Coppola, cook and manager of Pizzeria Nautilus.

The pleasure: make customers enjoy the best of the traditional Mexican cuisine with authentic recipes of unmistakable tastes.
