Corte Del Focho is a “braceria” (steak restaurant) of high quality which offers its customers a wide range of rigorously grilled meats, from beef steak, to our own chicken, lamb, pork and, on reservation, the “porceddu”: the Sardinian piglet. In our steak restaurant you will find a butchery from which you can choose the desired type of meat and cut. Our starters are made of meats, Bruschetta and vegetables in the classic style of the regional cuisine, like our pasta dishes crafted with seasonal products. We, then, put a special care in the preparation of seasonal side dishes such as pore mushrooms and our baked potatoes cooked in wood. It is a suitable place for business lunches and dinners.
