Oysters and crudités represent one of the most precious specialities of Acquapazza Restaurant in Florence. These latter are based on fresh fish selected daily by the chef, cleaned out and cut respecting the most demanding tradition, treated with seasonal vegetables, cooked with spices and condiments of high quality, on the pursuit of genuineness and refinement of taste.
