Ristorante Cucina Sant'Andrea

V. Salvagnoli 47
50053 Empoli (Firenze)
Italy
Ristorante Cucina Sant’Andrea was founded in 1995 in the historical center of Empoli, a stone’s throw from Piazza Farinata degli Uberti and the Collegiate Church of St. Andrew.

Inside you will find the old walls of the city rebuilt after the flood of 1333, important testimony of the third circle of walls completed around 1400.

The room is decorated in a sober and elegant style, can host about 50 people. The nice welcome by the room attendant Anna and her staff will make you sit in one of two rooms, one more cozy and intimate, with a few tables, and the other bigger, where you can organize banquets, receptions, business lunches or dinners.

The kitchen is managed in symbiosis by the owner Stefano and by chef Matteo.

It presents dishes of both sea and land, with particular care in the purchase of raw materials focusing on local products and referring to a project of a short supply chain.

The menu is characterized by a wide range of dishes that meet the tastes and needs of all customers, with careful attention to people with celiac disease.

You can choose fresh fish directly from the tray, that you will be presented at the table, or the Fiorentina steak, cut at the time.

Extensive is the wine list with regional, extra–regional and foreign proposals, in glasses for tasting: great wines or proposals of the area.

Renis will suggest you the right match to your dishes, will make you choose the wine that will accompany one of our desserts or the distillate that will conclude your meal.
