Located in the historic center of the town, the building was converted from a former dairy where once cheese was left to age and there was the machinery for the processing of milk. Typical is the fireplace built into one of the rooms which makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming, like a refuge. The kitchen offers, with excellent balance, creative reinterpretations of seasonal products in the territory. Worthy of note are desserts, including a chocolate cake with a soft heart of chocolate and peaches in syrup.
