100 thousand bottles have already been booked, of the first–ever edition of this wine, produced by Ricossa Antica Casa winery, which will be launched on September 1. A predicted success that comes after the recent approval of the specification in which was given the green light to the use of techniques of drying of Barbera grapes from the 2014 vintage onwards.
Barbera Appassimento Piemonte Doc by Ricossa Antica Casa will be the first wine produced in Piedmont with Appassimento designation.
An absolute novelty that has been appreciated by consumers of the Scandinavian country, where this label has already been selected as the wine of Christmas 2015.
