From the vineyard to the cellar, a vintage interpreted with skill and vision by the iconic Soave Classico winery.

The 2025 Suavia harvest ends on a note of strength and consistency: a year that put the hillside vineyards to the test, but which also confirmed once again Suavia's role as a point of reference in the Soave area , a symbol of excellence thanks also to the ability to interpret the vine with vision and precision.

The 2025 Suavia harvest concluded with results that confirm the solidity and resilience of the hillside vineyards, even in a year characterized by particular climatic conditions. " This vintage required us to be quick in our decisions and adapt, but the quality of the grapes harvested gives us confidence: the 2025 wines will tell the story of a fresh, balanced, and authentic vintage, in keeping with Suavia's tradition ," say Alessandra, Meri, and Valentina Tessari.

After a challenging 2024, the 2025 vintage was more stable, thanks to good water availability and generally moderate temperatures, with fewer heat spikes and cooler weather, especially in September. However, above-average rainfall and some hailstorms in early August necessitated timely decisions in the vineyard.

The Trebbiano harvest took place as expected in the first week of September, while the Garganega , the denomination's flagship grape, had to be harvested about 7–10 days earlier than usual. Normally harvested at the end of September, this year the Garganega was brought to the cellar as early as mid-September to preserve the health of the grapes and avoid the risk of rotting caused by excessive rainfall.

Quantitatively, there was a slight decline, between 10% and 15%, but this did not compromise the overall harvest. Qualitatively, the grapes appear healthy, with excellent acidity and intense aromas.

Sugar levels are slightly lower than in warmer, more stable vintages, but they guarantee wines of great elegance, faithful to the Suavia style.
