The project of the Chianti Wines Consortium guides you to taste red wine during summer and to deseasonalize consumptions making them more informal and young.

 «You have to follow a simple but fundamentale rule – the director of the Consortium Giovanni Busi said – the temperature must be corrected as the climate found in the winery: 16 degrees of pleasantness, freshness of aromas and flavours that are released when sipping a glass of Tuscan wine in summer».

In Rome, in more than 100 restaurants, wine stores, pizzerias, artisan and historical stores, you will have the opportunity to receive the wine–thermometer tasting menus featuring the cool Chianti.

«We believe in this education campaign to the correct consumption of red wines – the chairman of the Chianti Busi Consortium concludes – too often penalized during the summer. We appeal to the consuming public but also to professionals».
