Cantina Ventiventi stands alongside the National Italian Restaurateurs (NIR) in a partnership that unites multiple worlds: wine, cuisine, and sports, united by the same passion for excellence, sharing, and the value of teamwork. These are values that the Medolla-based company has championed since its founding and are part of the daily work of the young team led by brothers Andrea, Riccardo, and Tommaso Razzaboni.
Ventiventi signed a few years ago and is renewed annually with the aim of contributing to the growth of the Nazionale Ristoratori group and the Ventiventi brand image as the official sponsor of all events organized by the national team. The collaboration sees the Ventiventi winery logo appear on NIR jerseys, uniforms, backdrops, and official communications, demonstrating the strong and authentic bond established between the two organizations.
Ventiventi wines will accompany every sporting and gastronomic event of the Italian National Restaurateurs Team, taking center stage at tastings and dinners designed to celebrate conviviality and the encounter between regions, cultures, and people. Not just a supply of products, but an active presence: the Razzaboni family, the beating heart of the winery, will personally participate in the events, strengthening a dialogue built on passion and team spirit.
" We share fundamental values with the Italian National Restaurateurs, " the Razzaboni brothers explain, " such as social commitment, the promotion of the kitchen and dining room, and support for the education of new generations. For us, young winemakers, this means building a bridge between tradition and the future, expressing wine as a universal language of growth, sharing, and identity. "
The collaboration will also give rise to promotional content and initiatives, starting in the fall of 2025, with projects dedicated to tastings, private events, and communication activities capable of reaching an increasingly broad and diverse audience. This new synergy represents a further step in Ventiventi's journey: from the dream of a Modena family to the creation of an internationally recognized winemaking project, the winery continues to interpret wine as an experience of encounter and storytelling , capable of uniting different worlds under a single banner: that of passion for authenticity.
Short company profile
It all began in 2014 with the purchase of land to establish a dream in the Emilian region of Medolla (MO), home to 70 hectares of property, 30 of which are vineyards, and the winery. The choice of soil was not accidental. The alluvial composition, with 45% clay, 47% silt, and 8% sand, offers an ideal habitat for vines. With the first planting in 2016, the roots are not just those of the vines, but those of a family ready to care for every row, every shoot, knowing that patience is the first ingredient of success.
The first harvest of 2018 represents the fruit of years of anticipation and hard work, but it's only the beginning. The real turning point came in 2020, the year that, not coincidentally, gives the winery its name. With the official release of its first wines, Ventiventi entered the market and began to make its mark in a competitive and constantly evolving sector. The choice of the Classic Method , the commitment to sustainability, and the obsessive attention to quality proved to be the keys to standing out. The approach, based on the valorization of local grape varieties, such as Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, Sorbara, Ancellotta, and Pignoletto, is complemented by international varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Traminer. Today, production reaches over 66,000 bottles of Classic Method, Charmat, and still wines.
" Our project stands out because it represents the synthesis of three different visions and approaches. Working as brothers isn't always easy, but it is precisely in this complexity that we find our strength," say the Razzaboni brothers, Andrea, Riccardo, and Tommaso. Their enthusiasm for the challenge is reflected in their entire production philosophy, which sees a youthful, dynamic, and family-like approach as an added value that translates into unique market offerings.
From November 2023, Ventiventi will join FIVI - the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers - a move that strengthens the company's identity and certifies its authentic and transparent approach.
