Vinetia Tasting – Veneto in the glass: the excellence of wine returns to Treviso

A weekend to discover the wine excellences of the Veneto region selected by the tasters of the Vinetia.it guide: Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 March Vinetia Tasting – Il Veneto nel calice returns to the heart of the city of Treviso . Now in its second edition, the AIS Veneto event, which will take place in the halls of the Treviso and Belluno Chamber of Commerce , will host the walk around tasting with the producers featured in the guide and the masterclasses dedicated to in-depth analysis of Italian wines. The Preview of the event, scheduled for Saturday 11 March, will instead be held in the Loggia dei Cavalieri , one of the most representative and loved places in the city. “ Vinetia Tasting - Veneto in the glass - explains Gianpaolo Breda , President of AIS Veneto - represents a unique opportunity to get to know the best wines of the Veneto and their producers up close, two days to discover all the history, wisdom and tradition contained in a goblet. Once again Treviso will host this important event dedicated to the excellence of our region: the city once again bears witness to the important link between wine, tourism and culture". In addition to the tastings, the conference The grammar of taste: the evolution of the menu and the wine list will be held on Sunday 12 March in the elegant hall of Palazzo dei Trecento, where it will be possible to discover the origins of the menu and the wine list, the their evolution over time and how tastes and our way of being at the table have changed throughout history. The speakers will be Alessandro Scorsone , master of ceremonies at Palazzo Chigi, and Alessia Cipolla , curator of the Note di Pranzi exhibition, scheduled at Casa Robegan in Treviso from 4 March to 1 April. Marco Colognese , food writer and food and wine critic, and Gianpaolo Breda will also take the stage.
