An event that celebrates the historical identity and modernist thrust of one of the area's most fascinating and challenging grape varieties.
In Grazzano Badoglio , at the heart of the two territories that best cradle it, Grignolino will find a unique voice, that of the Sommeliers of the two delegations who will curate the tasting tables to discover different areas and winemaking styles.
Special guest : The partnership with Freisa , a guest wine of honor with the " Associazione Più Freisa ," which shares part of its DNA with Grignolino, is renewed and confirmed. A dedicated counter will lead visitors to discover the connections and differences between the two native Piedmontese grape varieties.
Gastronomic experience at: the Centrale restaurant in Moncalvo will curate culinary offerings specifically designed to enhance the gastronomic qualities of Grignolino and Freisa
