Sharing, esteem and respect: in Milan, wine according to the Union des Gens de Métier

The long-awaited appointment on Monday 13 March is just around the corner, which will see the producers associated with the Union des Gens de Métier protagonists of the exclusive tasting counter, reserved for operators in the sector, at the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan from 10 to 18. The UGM brings together men and women dedicated to the craft of fermentation, united by a respectful and free way of cultivating the land. At the center is the person and a commonality of intentions and experiences between new and old generations, who cross-examine and share knowledge, skills and personal qualities in work and in daily life. Philippe Alliet (Chinon), Eric Bordelet (Calvados, Sydre et Poiré), Manuéla and François Chidaine (Montlouis-sur-Loire), Olivier Clape (Cornas), Véronique Cochran (Côtes de Bourg), Louis-Benjamin Dagueneau (Pouilly Fumé), Elian Da Ros (Côtes du Marmandais), Létizia and David Duband (Nuits St Georges), Maxime Graillot (Crozes-Hermitage), Marc Imbert (Corsica), Charlotte and Antonie Kreydenweiss (Alsace), Christophe Peyrus (Pic Saint Loup ), Daniel Ravier (Bandol), Thérèse and Michel Riouspeyrous (Irouléguy), Jean-Marc Roulot (Mersault), Anselme and Corinne Selosse (Champagne), Stéphanie and Michel Theron (Haut-Médoc), Milena and Aldo Vajra (Barolo).
