It is in an environment where the sense of entrepreneurship is strong that Stefano grows up, combining the observation of daily work in a mechanical workshop, with a personal passion for technology to be applied to cellars and wine. Passion that leads him, still in his youth, to spend much of his free time studying the work of oenologists and cellarmen, trying to understand those secrets that make Valpolicella one of the territories with the greatest wine vocation in the national context
