MASI: SAVE THE BRAND 2021- MASI WINS THE PRODUCT INNOVATION AWARD WITH "FRESCO DI MASI"

The Valpolicella winery has been awarded for the new line of organic products, interpreters of a renewed vision of sustainability.

Raffaele Boscaini received the award and took part in the round table "The ESG challenge for Made in Italy agri-food" .

Masi was awarded the Save the Brand 2021 award in the " product innovation " category with Fresco di Masi , the line of organic wines that express the innovative soul of the company, which has always been at the forefront of research in the vineyard and in the cellar. A project with which the group continues its constant commitment to sustainability, combining the benefits of organic techniques with the well-known quality and cultural vision of its wines.

Raffale Boscaini , Marketing Director and seventh generation of the family , withdrew the recognition during the event organized in Milan by LC Publishing Group in collaboration with A&A, Biscozzi Nobili Piazza and EY, now in its eighth edition and dedicated to Italian entrepreneurs and excellences of the food & beverage sector that have distinguished themselves for the value created around their brand.

Raffaele Boscaini commented : "We are pleased to receive the Save the Brand, in recognition of the desire for innovation and maximum naturalness that we wanted to communicate with the 'Fresco di Masi' line. Sustainability is an essential concept for companies like ours, that are handed down from generation to generation. Masi has always pursued an approach that combines elements of environmental sustainability with others of economic and social sustainability. Respect for the environment is an integral part of an agri-food company, which is based on safeguarding raw materials on which the productions depend. The same is true for social sustainability, which is expressed in the support of the supply chains: a real society that lives around the company and with which a relationship of mutual support is established " .

Before the award ceremony, through the voice of Raffaele Boscaini, Masi was among the protagonists of the round table " The ESG challenge for Made in Italy agri-food " moderated by Nicola Di Molfetta, Editor in Chief of LC Publishing Group. The panel was an opportunity for comparison between companies on sustainability, as a central theme for the growth and development of the sector.

Among the awards promoted by LC Publishing Group this is the fourth recognition for Masi, which has already received the "Foodcommunity Award 2017", in the "Food & Beverage and Finance" category; the "Foodcommunity Award 2018", for the "Food & Wine Experience" category and the Save the Brand 2019 for the "Best Practice Marketing & Distribution" category. The latter awarded the Masi Wine Experience hospitality and culture project.
