AIS Veneto | Trentodoc in the city of Padua | May 18, 2025 - Villa Selvatico, Battaglia Terme

“Trentodoc in Città”, the event dedicated to the study of mountain bubbles, will be held in Padua this year on Sunday 18 May and will see the participation of 53 associated sparkling wine producers, with the proposal of 160 labels by the glass. The event will also include three Masterclasses, led by three Best Sommeliers of Italy from the Italian Sommelier Association. To enrich the tasting experience, participants will be able to use the Trentodoc App

“ Trentodoc in the City of Padua ”   is the event scheduled for Sunday, May 18, inside the spaces of Villa Selvatico in Battaglia Terme (Padua): a day of knowledge and study of mountain bubbles, designed for enthusiasts, sommeliers and industry professionals. The day is organized by the Istituto Trento Doc in collaboration with AIS Veneto.

Throughout the afternoon, from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm, 53 sparkling wine producers will present, each with its own desk, 160 Trentodoc labels (tasting tables).

Three Masterclasses (lasting one hour) will also be held during the day: they will talk about zero dosage, the importance of the territory of origin for the quality production and the role of time in the evolution of this wine, for the definition of identity and style. Leading them, three Best Sommeliers of Italy from the Italian Sommelier Association: Roberto Anesi, Best Sommelier of Italy 2017, Cristian Maitan, Best Sommelier of Italy 2023, and Andrea Gualdoni, Best Sommelier of Italy in charge .

Through the Trentodoc App, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google Play , participants will be able to consult the technical sheets of the labels on tap and access information on the wineries present.
