ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: in the glass it is straw yellow with greenish glares. The smell is intense, aromas of ripe citrus and tropical fruit with a strong minerality can be perceived. The mouth is filled by its freshness. It is a medium-bodied wine with a right acidity, it has a pleasant ending with an aftertaste that cleans the mouth. PAIRINGS: It can be uncorked when taking an aperitif and wth appetizers, to accompany cold cuts and fish for the whole meal, it goes well with not mature soft cheese. SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve at 12-14C.
