Variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Production area: high Piave in the municipalities of Vazzola and Mareno di Piave, Treviso, Veneto, Italy.
Soil: muddy, with gravel.
Harvest: by hand, in the first ten days of September.
Pressing: pneumatic.
Fermentation: stainless steel tanks (20/22°C).
Aging: stainless steel vats.
Analytical characteristics:
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: bright straw yellow.
Bouquet: typical and elegant reminiscent of apple and acacia flowers.
Taste: intense, persistent and aromatic.
PAIRINGS: Chardonnay DOC Piave is an excellent aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, first courses, with dishes based on fish and the sweet hams.
TEMPERATURE of SERVICE: 10/12°C.
STORAGE: within 24°C, away from direct sunlight.
