Organoleptic characteristics
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: typical floral scent which is dominated by the wisteria in bloom and lacacia, then spreads to wild flowers, the ripe apple and honey.
Taste: right freshness, tasty and very enjoyable, with a alcolicit contained.
Serving suggestion: even though it is often used as a wine to drink without food, is widely used as whole meal with the exception of dishes of meat, especially red ones, goes well with light pasta dishes, fish and omelettes . Serving temperature: to be drunk young and served at a temperature of 10 degrees.
