From Garganega and Trebbiano of Soave grows the Soave Classico wine, a young and fresh wine, produced by Pieropan Winery. In 1890 Leonildo Pieropan, doctor of the village of Soave, began to make wine from the grapes of the family vineyards. The children, with great passion, continuing the work begun by their father, which continues till today. Leonildo, granchild of the founder, has transformed the farm into a modern and technological reality, without forgetting country traditions.
