It is a golden and blond, sunny wine. Intense and extensive are the scents of exotic fruits such as mango flavored with sweet lemon juice, then the scents of both white and yellow flowers, where broom, or better, gorse (Alastra) prevails, with a bitter note of dandelion. Acidity has in itself the purity of a pomaceous fruit flavour, a mineral coarse-grained feature that is rare to find in wines, a long and savory final, a closure with aroma of a freshly cut orange of Sicily.
