Base wine of the company, Garganega (70%) and Trebbiano (30%), vinified in stainless steel and bottled after seven months, unfiltered.
Minimum is the amount of added sulfites before bottling.
Simple but lively wine with good aromatic quality and strong acidity, of great drinkability.
Good choice as an aperitif, it can accompany appetizers and vegetarian pasta dishes, or of bluefish and white fish.
