Golden yellow color with green glares. Intense aroma, of ripe yellow fruit, accompanied by elegant hints of citrus combined with notes of honey that together give great complexity and persistence. Persuasive flavour, soft but full of character and power, with a very long fruity sensation, warm and elegant; it proposes in its great character fruity notes in continuous evolution. Consumption: 6 years and for certain vintages even 10 years if well preserved. Serving suggestions: it can be combined perfectly with processed and important seafood dishes, and with dishes of poultry with herbs. Serving temperature:12-14 C.
