Organoleptic characteristics:
Its color is straw yellow with greenish hues. In its perfume you can identify notes of peach, grapefruit and citrus, combined with floral, spicy and mineral notes. It tastes fresh and firm, pleasantly acid, that faithfully reflects the characteristics of Nordic environments.
Food pairings:
A wine which is accompanied by refined menus, such as dishes based on shellfish, or fresh water fish, charcoal–broiled or boiled. Excellent even the combination with omelets and vegetables.
