At first glance it offers a very intense amber colour, on the nose is intense and rich, with aromas of dried fruit, herbs, mimosa, chamomile and saffron. In the mouth, soft, warm and silky with pleasant floral and aromatic. Vinified in amphora for 7 months without addition of selected yeasts, without temperature control. Aged in oak barrels, bottled in New Moon without fining and no filtration.
