The wine, featured by a straw-yellow colour with some green reflection, is expressed with an intense bouquet of white flowers alternating with hints of flint. On the palate the saline mineral notes and integrate seamlessly with toasty notes and citrus. Cervaro della Sala characterized by a long persistence and mineralit, for a great evolution and aging.
