Character of the wine Color: light straw yellow with feeble greenish glares. Aroma: The bouquet is amazing, and at every new attempt reveals new olfactory components. Notes of herbs such as chamomile, lemon balm and lovage, go together with hints of dried apricot and persimmon. But in this broad olfactory landscape of this rarity there are also hints of bread crust and risen dough, accompanied by aromas of flint. Taste: On the palate this wine is soft and creamy, with vigorous and young acidity, which leaves in the mouth a refined taste, ideally integrating mineral notes. The aftertaste is soft and elegant, but extremely strong and deep. Just serve as meditation wine, or combined with steamed lobster or sautéed scallops, noodles with butter and white truffle, beef carpaccio with fresh truffle d'Alba, or a veal chop.
