The White Empolese DOC is a white wine with a unique flavor and extremely recognizable thanks to its composition: Trebbiano of Empoli (up 80%) and other local white grape varieties. The Trebbiano Empolese is distinguished from Trebbiano Toscano, as well as for the structure of the cluster (not ends dovetail but with only a berry), also because it has a higher sugar content, is less harsh and softer to the taste, so as to acquire its typicality.
