Maximum production: 90 quintals / ha. Vinification: Harvest Delluva in small containers. Pressing and stripping. Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature of 18 C in steel barrels for about 20 days. Aging in stainless steel tanks. Description Colour: Straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: Floral intense with hints of wisteria and enriched with hints of peach. Flavour: Full-bodied, fruity, aromatic, rich with notes of flowers and fruit.
