The Wine: Made with selected grapes: 70% Pinot Bianco, 30% Pinot Nero, vinified in white.
Sparkling through long Charmat method and refined in bottles for 6 months.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: with scents of fresh fruit, golden apple and acacia flowers plus the typical note of Pinot -bread crust. In the mouth, it is fresh lively and persistent with olfactory notes of fruit and white flesh.
It should be served at a temperature of 6/8 degrees and goes well with light appetizers and soft cheeses.
