Organoleptic characteristics:
Pale straw yellow color with greenish hues, lively, fine and elegant, delicate and continuous. The intense, varietal aroma, with slight feelings of bread crust, give it particular finesse. Savory and salty to the taste, but at the same time lively and elegant.
Food pairings
Like any Talento Trento D.O.C. of high value, it is an excellent aperitif and can be enjoyed throughout the meal.
