It is prepared only in the best years, those in which the analytical parameters of alcohol, total acidity and pH are optimal. The cuvée obtained with the wines of a certain vintage states on the label the origin from our best Cru, located on the hills around Erbusco. The characteristics of the grapes of origin and long permanence on the yeasts, allow the cuvée to express fully the finesse, the elegance and the structure of Chardonnay. Even today vintages such as 1993, 1994 and 1995 can amaze for their pleasantness and character.
