Rosé colour typical of maceration on the skins of grapes of Pinot Noir. Balanced soft wide scent of ripe fruit and wild berries.
Fine and persistent perlage with slight crown. Obtained from soft pressing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in respect of the traditional sparkling wine method. Aged in the bottle for more than 24 months at a constant temperature.
It is perfect with appetizers also of cold cuts, flavoury pasta dishes, shellfish, cheese of medium and long aging. Serve at 7°–8°C.
The alcohol content can vary from 0.5 to 1% in the different vintages.
