The wine in the BRUT version that reminding of a strong vein maintaining a fresh acidity. Color: brilliant straw yellow colour decorated with a fine perlage. On the nose: Notes of white flowers pleasant of Acacia with hints of fruit, apple and pear mostly, not yet mature. Aroma: Dry, firm, fruit and white flowers together harmoniously, pleasant, persistent, leaving a dry palate inviting another sip. Serving the whole meal with fish or white meats, risotto, soups, sausages and hams, excellent as an aperitif.
