This Vintage Franciacorta Gran Cuvée, classic and masculine, stems from selections from vineyards on high hills, facing south or south-east, with a average age of more than 20 years. After, it ages for five years in the cellar. It has white foam, intense and exuberant, a particularly fine body and perlage, continuous and persistent. Its color is straw yellow tending to bright golden yellow. It has an intense aroma, very elegant, enveloping, discreet and persistent, with hints of honey, apple, chamomile and slightly of vanilla, anise and Mediterranean herbs. Of full flavour, great structure and at the same time of remarkable elegance. It has a long persistence in the mouth, with a nice hint of vanilla and ripe fruit. It has a lively sinew, with great potential and excellent breed. To serve at 6 C.
