Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Production area: high Piave in the municipalities of Vazzola and Mareno di Piave, Treviso, Veneto, Italy.
Soil: muddy, with gravel.
Harvest: by hand, in the third week of September.
Vinification: maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 6 days at a temperature of 28°C.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Colour: ruby red tending to purple.
Bouquet: ample and intense, reminiscent of vanilla and black pepper and fruit, raspberry and blueberry.
Taste: full and intense with good balance, smooth and elegant, of long finish.
PAIRINGS: Cabernet DOC Piave is excellent for red meats, roasts, aged cheese.
TEMPERATURE of SERVICE: 18°C.
STORAGE: within 24°C, away from direct sunlight.
