Soil: muddy, with gravel.
Harvest: by hand, in the third ten days of September.
Vinification: maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 7 or 8 days at a temperature of 25°C.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

Colour: intense red tending to blue.
Bouquet: typical and fragrant of high herbaceous intensity.
Taste: full and intense with good balance, a clear varietal mark with aftertaste of blackberry and currant.
