This wine is made from Sangiovese grapes and, minimally, from Canaiolo. It is fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks and in concrete tanks at a fermentation temperature up to 28 ° C. It is aged for 30% in steel, 50% in oak barrels and 15% in barriques. Then is matured in wood for 12 months and is manufactured in steel. It was bottled in February 2001 and was for sale since March that year. The bottles are 135,000.
