In the mouth is dry, persistent in its fullness, direct in taste without compromise, with fresh and fruity sensations that prevail on the very soft tannins, well–balanced and structured
Pairings: Piedmontese Agnolotti, Brasato al Barolo, Tajarin with truffle
Aging: 24 months in used barriques and barrels of 20 hl, 8 months in steel and 8 months in bottle
Serving temperature: 15°C – 16°C, if possible, open the bottle 2–3 hours before.
