Bussia is one of the most famous historic vineyards in the Barolo area and here is where Prunotto produces one of its wines of highest quality. A great terroir that enhances the characteristics of the Piedmontese red par excellence. That of 2008, Albiera Antinori explains, who runs the company owned by the family for twenty years, was a watershed harvest, in the sense that we returned to the tradition of this wine abandoning some aspects, such as power, that had become fashionable years ago. Therefore, our Barolo Bussia 2008 is the fruit of the soil and the plant, with an intact Nebbiolo, not at all forced to have more pulp, and consequently in a perfect balance among the various components. An elegant wine, which has a slightly orange ruby red color, with aromas of rose, long in the mouth with good acidity that keeps high its structure.
