It has red garnet color. Its aroma is intense, spicy, with hints of fruit and flowers, coffee, cocoa, roasted hazelnuts and raisins. Its taste is warm, vigorous, full, austere, round and harmonious. The Sfrusat of Valtellina wine is distinguished by a particular processing method. Worked only in favorable years and following a meticulous selection during the harvest, the best Nebbiolo grapes are left to dry in a fruit loft for almost three months. The concentrations that are obtained and the aromas that develop with withering, make of it a wine of great finesse and personality.
