Organoleptic characteristic
Intense ruby red color with purple hues. Deliciously fruity scent of freshly squeezed small red fruit, intense and juicy. In the mouth, sweet, fairly alcoholic, of crispy acidity, inviting to be drunk.
Food pairings
A sweet wine to enjoy in a medium size glass, served fresh with dry pastries, tarts of red fruit, and in general with sweets of puff pastry base. Perfect when paired with cocoa preparations. Delicious when served alone for an unusual and eye–catching meal end.
